Growth Marketing Lead (100% Remote Role)
As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will be working closely with the co-founders to help improve the brand's digital presence across India and Canada and build inbound leads channel while optimizing performance for outbound channels.
- Track user journey on our website and improve/optimize our website for performance
- Build inbound leads channels
- Lead Digital Marketing across FB, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube and all other digital marketing platforms
- Drive SEO/SEM
- Design, execute and improve the efficiency of drip campaigns
- Design and implement content strategies for inbound lead generation + brand awareness
- Generate regular reports and performance metrics for the leadership team
Ideal Candidate :
- Has 3-8 years of experience in Growth/Digital/Performance Marketing
- Ideally should have hands-on experience with Google Analytics, CRMs, lead generation, UX design, and email marketing
- Strong Individual Contributor who is responsible and dependable. Enjoys working in a remote collaborative team environment.
- Structured and data driven
