Role & Responsibilities
- Developing and executing growth strategies : Developing and executing growth strategies that help the broking firm to expand its business and increase revenue. This may involve identifying new market opportunities, developing new products or services, or entering into new partnerships or collaborations.
- Building and managing relationships : Building and managing relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. This may involve developing and maintaining a strong network of industry contacts,attending industry events and conferences and participating in industry associations and organizations.
- Sales and marketing : Responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing activities of the broking firm. This may involve developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating sales collateral, and managing the sales team.
- Market research and analysis : Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry. This may involve analyzing market data, monitoring competitors, and gathering insights from clients and stakeholders.
- Product development and innovation : Identifying opportunities for product development and innovation. This may involve working with the product development team to develop new products or services or improving existing ones.
- Financial planning and analysis : Developing and managing the financial plan for the broking firm. This may involve developing budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses, and analyzing financial data to make strategic decisions.
- Team management : Managing and leading the growth and business development team. This may involve hiring and training team members, setting performance goals and metrics, and providing mentorship and guidance.
