Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Female Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into sales opportunities through effective telesales techniques. Your communication skills and ability to engage potential customers will play a vital role in driving our business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead Generation : Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to identify and generate potential leads.

2. Customer Engagement : Engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.

3. Product Knowledge : Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.

4. Sales Conversion : Convert leads into sales opportunities by providing persuasive and tailored information about our offerings.

5. Appointment Setting : Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for our sales team to close deals.

6. Database Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and customer interactions in our CRM system.

7. Targets and Reporting : Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and sales targets. Provide regular reports on lead conversion and progress.

Requirements :

1. Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in telesales or lead generation.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and English.

3. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

4. Customer-focused with a pleasant and professional demeanor.

5. Good computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.

6. Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

7. Ability to work well in a team environment.

8. Must be a female candidate.
