Lead Generation Specialist - Telecom Product Sales - VoIP/Leased Line/SIP Trunk (1-3 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to drive new business opportunities for our telecom solutions, including VoIP services, leased lines, and SIP trunks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing leads, and setting up sales opportunities for the business development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients through online research, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead-generation strategies.
- Qualify Leads: Assess business requirements, budget, and decision-making authority to ensure high-quality sales prospects.
- Engage and Nurture Leads: Maintain regular follow-ups and engage prospects through personalized communication to build strong relationships.
- Coordinate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and support sales efforts.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information and track progress.
- Market Research: Stay updated on telecom industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential market segments.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in lead generation, preferably in the telecom or IT sector.
- Knowledge of Telecom Solutions: Understanding of VoIP, leased lines, SIP trunking, and related telecom products.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for cold calling and email outreach.
- Proficiency in CRM Tools: Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM software.
- Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital marketing tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation platforms.
