Job Description PURPOSE : Calling prospects for the company and fixing meetings, also should be able to write proposal, content and close small deals over phone.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Call new leads derived from lists, referrals, own search, LinkedIn & own data.
- Success ratio is mandatory in terms of calling and landing meetings.
- Should have knowledge of B2B industry or should have dealt with B2B companies.
- Excellent interaction with C level contacts Ex Director, MDs, VP, Founders etc
- Answer calls that comes in regards to product knowledge while following up with the prospects.
- Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past and present.
- Conduct initial qualification of leads based on brief phone discussion.
- Set new appointments for Business Development team / Chief Business Officer / for product discussion towards ultimate goal of closing leads / qualified leads.
- Use email to correspond with leads to follow up and/or to confirm appointments
- Use Pipedrive to capture information regarding leads as well as facilitate lead flow to others in the area
- Provide feedback to others in department related to information prospects share that could be helpful in advertising/marketing as well as our overall programs

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Associates degree or equivalent
- Two or more years Lead Generation experience
- Experience using CRM/sales software preferred
- Training will be provided but should have basic tech knowledge
