Lead Generation Specialist - Sales (1-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through various sources (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, etc.).
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and determining their potential for conversion.
- Manage and update lead information in CRM tools.
- Generate appointments or demos for the sales team to close deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up.
- Monitor and report on lead generation metrics and results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
