Lead Generation Specialist - SaaS (2-5 yrs)

Job Responsibilities:-
1) Primary focus will be qualifying and routing inbound inquiries to the appropriate marketing or sales channel
2) Contribute to the development of process, sales playbooks and call guides necessary for the successful deployment of an Inside Sales function
3) Actively engage with matrix teams to understand target markets, account assignments, sales goals and key messaging points for each assigned sales project.
4) Leverage the Toolyt Way of Selling methodology to identify and nurture opportunities to match Toolyt solutions with client needs.
5) Utilize industry best practices for communicating key Toolyt value propositions to assigned clients and prospects
6) Foster a highly collaborative and productive environment where members meet individual, team and company goals
7) Capture, update and manage all account, contact and opportunity data within the Toolyt eCRM system
Required Skills, Education and Experience:-
1) Minimum 2 year of experience in an Inside Sales function, lead generation, or in a direct selling role.
2) Ability to gain a - conversational- level of understanding about multiple Toolyt solutions
3) Ability to navigate the Toolyt organization and to work effectively across business units and across functions within the company
4) Experience in working successfully within a matrixed team environment that is highly automated
5) Exceptional written and oral communication skills
6) Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to deal with ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing the environment.
7) Demonstrated business-minded orientation with a genuine interest in learning, understanding and contributing to the strategic direction of the business.
8) Ability to listen and - connect the dots- from one area of the business to another.
9) Technical aptitude and demonstrated ability to effectively navigate tools that customize the prospect/customer experience
10) Clear Thinker - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
