We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The Lead Generation Specialist will play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, ultimately contributing to the expansion and growth of our business.

Responsibilities :

- Generate qualified leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media outreach.

- Research and identify potential clients within the IT services sector, with a focus on the CPG industry.

- Build and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their business needs and pain points.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead conversion and customer acquisition.

- Utilise CRM software to track lead interactions, maintain accurate records, and monitor sales pipeline.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities and progress to management.

Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in lead generation or sales roles, preferably in IT services sector.

- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential leads.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding lead generation targets.

- Proficiency in CRM software and lead tracking tools.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Suggested Skills :

- Proficiency in data cleaning and preprocessing techniques.

- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.

- Experience working with large-scale databases and data warehouses.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Good-to-have requirements :

- Proficiency in SQL and Python at an intermediate level.

- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred
