Lead Generation Specialist - IT (1-5 yrs)

Location: Bangalore

Experience required: 1-3 years

We are looking for dynamic Sales Development Executives with 1-3 years of experience to drive revenue and customer growth in our sales team.

Responsibilities:

1. Research and identify potential leads in the targeted industries / domain

Use a variety of tools (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM software, email campaigns, and databases) to gather relevant information and reach out to prospects.

2. Qualify leads by evaluating their needs, budget, and purchasing potential.

3. Initiate outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce our IT services and set up meetings.

4. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing leads, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups.

5. Schedule and coordinate meetings with qualified prospects.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion into customers.

7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in the CRM system.

8. Track, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics and outcomes to improve strategies and performance.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and the latest developments in IT services to better position the company to prospective clients.

Requirements:

1. You have at least 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the software industry, with a solid track record of lead generation.

2. You are comfortable using CRM / sales tools.

3. You have a proven track record in building good client relationships and meeting/exceeding sales targets.

4. Ability to present & excellent communication skills in English.

5. You work well under pressure and demonstrate a high level of resilience

6. You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
