Lead Generation Specialist - IT (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities- Generate sales opportunities through targeted outbound campaigns- Use a strong researched backed, consultative approach in prospecting to develop high quality salesqualified leads- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and the sales team- Report to sales development manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- 1 - 3 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior experience in outbound B2B tech sales development / inside sales roles (experience in saas sales is preffered)
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
- Should have the ability to talk to C-Suite executives
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and apositive and energetic phone presence
Candidate Must Haves :
- Experience in B2B market- 6 or 8 months
- Well versed with SAAS platform
- Minimum 6 months Cold calling experience
- Minimum 6 months Lead Generation experience
- Well versed with inside sales process
Additional Guidelines :
- Interview Process - 3 rounds: 1st exploratory, 2nd presentation, final round
- Reporting to Sales Dev Manager
- Work from home till pandemic subsides
- Work timings: 7am to 4pm
- Working on 2nd and 4th Saturdays
