Lead Generation Specialist - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential leads to support our sales team in Madhay pradesh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify leads through various channels.
- Qualify leads based on criteria.
- Maintain a database of leads and track outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team on outreach strategies.
- Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, or social media.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- 1+ years in lead generation or sales support.
- Strong communication.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented.
Compensation:
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA
