Lead Generation Specialist - eCommerce (0-1 yrs)
- We are looking for a highly-motivated, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join us. You will be responsible for client prospecting; maintaining prospect databases; fixing meetings with prospects for the Sales team; and generating summarized reports of their key findings.
- You should be able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.

Responsibilities :
- Search for prospects based on client persona provided by the Sales team on various platforms such as Linkedin, Facebook, google, Lusha.io, etc
- Find the email address of these prospects using email finders.
- Use phone, email or Linkedin to reach out to these prospects.
- Fix meetings with the lead generated for the Sales Team and hand over the lead to them.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
- Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in CRM.
- Convey summarized key findings from phone conversations to the rest of the Growth team to help refine communications
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales team.
Skills Required :
- Any prior experience in a customer facing, lead generation or sales role is preferred
- Prior experience in telemarketing /online channel sales and/or inside sales experience is a plus.
- Any experience of using CRM & social media tools will be useful.
- The Basics of MS Excel are mandatory.
Qualification : Bachelor/Master's degree in Marketing or related discipline.
