Lead Generation Specialist - BPO/ITeS (1-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Identify, generate, propose and close sales opportunities for Company product and service solutions over the phone.
- Achieve the required quantity and quality of outbound calls to prospects and qualify, convert enough new business to meet a monthly quota.
- Generate sales by cold/warm calling current and prospective customers.
- Utilize phone, email and web tools to communicate and present company offerings.
- Work in a team environment stake holders.
- Answer/respond to customers inbound questions; maintain CRM tool with accurate data.
- Meet and/or exceed individual product and services target set by client.
- Effectively build and execute a target achievement plan to maximize revenue; give weekly forecasting.
Shift timings : 9-6 PM & 5 days working(fixed Sat 7 Sun off).
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills required
- Should have proven skills in working and building relationship with product partners and resellers
- Excellent written, oral and listening skills required; Strong business understanding
- Must be comfortable speaking with high level decision makers
