Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement a strategy to engage with potential customers through various marketing channels, such as email, social media, and phone
- Generate leads through targeted campaigns, including email marketing, social media outreach, and cold calling
- Qualify leads based on the organization's sales criteria and assign them to the appropriate sales representative
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and activities in the organization's customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through ongoing communication and follow-up
