Lead Generation Specialist (3-4 yrs)
- Lead Generation: Create and execute lead generation strategies to identify potential clients across various channels.
- Lead Qualification: Check and qualify leads to improve sales conversions.
- Tool Utilization: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other freelancing platforms, alongside cold calling and email marketing.
- Targeting C-Level Executives: Find and target C-level decision-makers in specific industries through LinkedIn and other resources.
- Database Management: Build and maintain an updated database of leads using spreadsheets and Air table for the sales team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to improve strategies and increase conversion rates.
- Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new lead generation opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve lead generation processes for better efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation tools and platforms.
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and meeting targets.
- Strong communication skills for building relationships with potential clients.
- Experience in cold calling, email outreach, and social media lead generation.
- Analytical skills to track and improve campaign performance.
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
