Position: Lead Generation Specialist (B2B Sales)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Benefits: Health insurance

Schedule: Day shift

Notice Period- Immediate Joiner preferred

Experience: Lead Generation: 1 year (Required)

B2B sales: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Relocate: Gurugram, Haryana: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities :


- To act as an ambassador for the business, and promote the center and its products.


- To be responsible for making outbound calls on a daily basis using the data provided.


- To convert the calls to new business leads.


- To achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided.


- To inform potential client's about the company's products and services.


- To gather relevant Corporate information.


- To use company databases to gain potential leads.


- To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business.


- To deal with telephone queries.


- To build relationships with colleagues and clients.


- To deal with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to our brand values.


- To ensure service is prompt, polite, and professional standards are kept.


- To assist with other departments as required.


Required Experience :


- Previous B2B sales experience.


- Excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.


- Excellent experience in generating leads via Social Networking (Linkedin) and other channels


- Ability to work independently and under pressure.


- Good verbal and written skills.


- A positive approach to objection handling is essential.


- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.


- You must be financially motivated, energetic, and reliable with a hunger to succeed.


- We are looking for someone upbeat and organized.


- A good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of the following :


- Microsoft Office and associated systems, including CRMo Social Networking (LinkedIn)


- Demonstration of the energy, ability, and commitment demanded by this role
