Lead Generation Specialist (0-1 yrs)
1. Lead Generation:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries.
- Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media, to generate and qualify leads.
2. Outbound Calling:
- Proactively reach out to prospects via phone calls to introduce our products/services and assess their needs.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to articulate the value proposition and identify opportunities for collaboration.
3. Appointment Setting:
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handover of information.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their schedules and optimize appointment setting efforts.
4. Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients.
- Provide accurate and timely information to potential clients, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
5. Data Management:
- Document all interactions and information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Generate reports and analysis on lead generation and appointment setting activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively articulate product/service features and benefits.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous min 6 months experience in a sales or business development role is advantageous.
