Lead Generation Role - SaaS Firm (3-8 yrs)
The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Designing emailing and other communication strategies to identify target audience.
- Prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads.
- Following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- Identifying the correct decision makers to ensure faster sales cycle.
- Meeting potential clients to understand needs and pain points to find out how best our offerings can serve them.
- Working closely with the sales team to build solid sales funnel and keep changing strategies basis their feedback.
- Handling incoming queries on ad hoc basis.
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
The Profile
You possess a Masters in Business Administration or a related discipline and have at least 3 years experience in sales lead generation, business development or similar roles. You possess excellent communication skills with excellent influencing and pitching skills that grasps audience attention the very first time. You also have solid analytical skills and are comfortable working with tools like advanced excel to make sense of the lead generation campaigns performance to identify target audience and their requirements. You are a go-getter with high goal orientation and a solid track record of performance. Focussed work on generating big ticket leads would be highly preferred.
