Lead Generation Role - IT (3-6 yrs)
Role: Inside Sales (Lead Generation) Female prefer
Location: Noida
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Research & Prospecting : Identify target companies and key decision-makers using lead generation tools.
- Cold Outreach : Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to initiate conversations and qualify leads.
- Lead Qualification : Understand customer needs, qualify them based on defined criteria, and generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Appointment Setting : Schedule calls and meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate lead data in HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM for tracking and follow-ups.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
- Target Achievement : Consistently achieve or exceed 5 SQLs per month per specialist.

Required Skills & Experience :
- Experience : 3 - 5 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or CRM sales (Zoho, Salesforce, or AI-powered CRM solutions preferred).
- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Cold Outreach Expertise : Proven ability in cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn engagement.
- Lead Research : Experience using tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar for lead generation.
- CRM Knowledge : Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
- Target-Driven : Strong motivation to meet and exceed lead generation goals.
- Collaboration : Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in selling IT services, CRM solutions, or SaaS products
