Job Description :
- Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling
- Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them
- Must have team building and Leadership abilities
- Should be able to manage a team of 2 Executives
- Converting qualified leads to Sale through Telephonic presentations
- Doing closures as and when instructed.
- Meeting quarterly individual and team targets set in accordance with the sales goal
- Creating and updating activity reports
