Lead Generation Role - FinTech Solution (2-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management:
- Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities;
- Identify strong potential prospects to generate outbound lead opportunities;
- Assess and analyse a Lead's current process and requirements;
- Provide detailed and engaging information about Minko value proposition to potential customers.
- Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports
2. Sales Management :
- Learn to manage sales process throughout the sales cycle;
- Efficient management of the sales lead's pipeline through coordination within the team
- Meet personal targets and work towards Minco's sales goals and profitability;
3. Communication :
- Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, Whatsapp or Zoom calls, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship;
- Work closely within a small sales &BD team and develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues;
- Provide accurate and timely information as required to sales managers, the field team and senior management;
4. Product Knowledge :
- Develop a strong knowledge of Minko's products and services in order to facilitate the sales process;
- Understand how the benefits of Minko's products and services can meet customer's needs in various business verticals;
Required Experience
- 3-5 years of total experience with 1-2 years of experience in Lead Management and sales
- Experience of B-to-B sales, preferably in FMCG sector to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
- Proficient in managing the sales pipeline
- Experience of working collaboratively in a combined sales &BD teams
- Can evidence a track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding personal targets.

- Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude.
- Conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.
- Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi and English (optional)
