Lead Generation Role - Client Service - BPO (0-7 yrs)
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
Lead Management :
- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities.
- Assess and analyse a prospects profile to identify whether their research goals are aligned with our product offerings.
- Lead Generation, Nurturing and Tracking.
- Database Management, data analysis and list selection.
-Market research and testing in new and growing markets
- Capturing trade show data and Partner Database
- Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity.
- Producing reports to show productivity
Communication :
- Demonstrates ability to interact professionally in the business environment.
- Work closely within a small sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues.
- Provide accurate and timely information as required to Account Managers and Business Development team.
- Assisting the sales team to progress the sales cycle.
- Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures culture and business ethics.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a strong knowledge of DEPs products and services in order to facilitate the lead generation process.
- Understand how the benefits of DEPs products and services can meet customers needs in various business verticals.
