Job Description:
1. Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling
2. Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them
3. Must have team building and Leadership abilities
4. Should be able to manage a team of 2 Executives
5. Meeting quarterly individual and team targets set in accordance with the sales goal
6. Doing closures as and when instructed.
7. Converting qualified leads to Sale through Telephonic presentations
8. Creating and updating activity reports
