Our Client is hiring for the role of Lead Generation.
The Job :
- The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Regional Sales Head and Marketing Head. This candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Develop new business via the established channels such as email and social media to introduce Our Client's services and Products, identify appropriate prospect within the target market.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Primarily target US/Europe regions
- Support sales team to improve performance, control and maintenance of their leads.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Work with the Sales Head and Marketing Head to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
- Helping to drive leads and online traffic with web-based activities and programs
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached, as well as reporting and follow-up activities meet the organization requirements.
- Prepare and analyze marketing and sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
Reports To: the Sales Head and/or the Marketing Head
Target: You will be given a target (number of positive leads) to be achieved in a particular time frame.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or related field
- 4-6 years online channel sales and/or inside sales experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
- Experience with any CRM Software preferred.
