Lead Generation Role (1-3 yrs)
Position : B2B Lead Generation Expert Looking for an Immediate Joiner.
Experience : 1+ years
Location : Remote
Key Responsibilities :
Prospecting and Research :
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries.
- Gather information on leads, including their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
- Utilize online resources, databases, and social media platforms to find and target potential leads.
Outreach and Engagement :
- Reach out to potential leads via email, phone calls, social media, and other channels.
- Deliver compelling messaging and value propositions to generate interest.
- Engage with leads to understand their requirements and qualify their potential as a customer.
Lead Qualification :
- Assess the viability and readiness of leads based on established criteria.
- Determine if leads meet the company's ideal customer profile and are likely to convert.
CRM Management :
- Update and maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure all relevant information is captured, including contact details, interactions, and lead status.
Collaboration with Sales Team :
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Provide the sales team with detailed information on leads to facilitate effective follow up.
Performance Tracking and Reporting :
- Monitor and report on lead generation metrics, such as conversion rates, response rates, and lead quality
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager and contribute to strategy discussions.
