Lead Generation Role (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- To find fresh sales opportunities through outbound cold calls.
- The individual needs to answer the queries of the customer by understanding their need and requirements.
- To route opportunities to the concerning department for further development and deal closure.
- To connect with the potential customer or the businesses via telephone to promote and explain the design courses.
- To explain the benefits of the different courses to potential students.
- To deliver the scripted sales pitch to the student and to give pricing details of the courses.
- To retain the customer in case of dissatisfaction with the products or services.
- To maintain service quality by following the standard norms of the company.
- To maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data in the computer system.
Required Skills :
- A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Hard-working individual.
- Good time management abilities.
