Role and Responsibilities :
1. Experience in handling global customers and highly customer oriented
2. Presents ideas clearly and concisely in verbal and written communications
3. Capable of conducting follow-up calls to companies for general information
4. Potentially assist in drafting email response
5. Drive multiple sales teams to achieve and exceed sales
6. Prepares call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends in terms of KPI delivery and operational effectiveness of the call center.
7. Day to day performance management in the call for speed, efficiency, sales and quality.
- Open to new ways to accomplish work and demonstrates flexibility in adapting to change.
- Anticipates, takes mitigating steps to avoid, and quickly resolves issues that occur.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Any Graduate
- Excellent Written and verbal Communication skills
- Minimum : 0 to 3 Years of Experience
Preference : International calling
Comfortable Working : Night Shift
Role : International Outbound Sales - Voice Process
