Job Description :
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and help us attract new customers. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for driving lead generation campaigns, creating and implementing fresh lead generation tactics, conducting research to identify potential customers, and following up on leads. The ideal candidate should be organized, able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to drive new business leads Create and implement new lead generation tactics tailored to the company's target audience and customer needs Conduct research to identify potential customers and follow up on leads Maintain and update the lead database and track lead sources.
- Utilize social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to generate leads.
- Manage SEO efforts to improve online visibility and drive traffic to the company's website.
- Use content management systems such as WordPress to manage website content and optimize it for lead generation Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful lead handoff and conversion.
Required Skills :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with SEO and social selling
- Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
- Positive approach to objection handling
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of CRM and database management tools
- Familiarity with social media and content management systems, e.g., WordPress
