Lead Generation/Inside Sales Role - IT (2-13 yrs)

Academic Qualifications
- Minimum 10+2 or Graduates or equivalent work experience

Prior Work Experience
- 3+ years of experience in international outbound sales and a minimum of 1 year experience in selling Product based solutions in the North American Market.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in selling to businesses with vehicle fleets and mobile workforces (telematics, mobile resource management, fleet services and solutions)

- 4+ years of experience with minimum 1 year as a Team Leader in a top performing Lead Generation group selling to businesses from the SMB markets to Enterprise customers in the U.S
- Outstanding analytical, organizational and reporting skills
- Strong presentation and closing skills
- Proven track record in leading teams which have met or exceeded sales quotas
- Proven ability to handle sales personalities in a professional and effective way
- Strong leadership skills that allow you to lead by example
- Extensive experience in managing numerous campaigns at one time.
