Lead Generation/Inside Sales Role - BFSI (1-6 yrs)
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Noida, India, focusing on lead generation for our BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) segment to support our US business operations.
- Lead Generation : Proactively identify and qualify potential leads within the BFSI sector through various channels.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to effectively target and engage potential clients.
- Client Engagement : Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and position our services as the solution of choice.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts for maximum impact and results.
- Performance Metrics : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and revenue.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities, including contact details, conversations, and outcomes, to facilitate effective reporting and analysis.
