Lead Generation Expert - SAAS (2-4 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition and open new markets for our clients. You will leverage our extensive network of resellers and system integrators to maximize impact and accelerate market penetration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and resellers within target markets, ensuring comprehensive understanding and strategic targeting.

- LinkedIn Outreach : Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients and partners, ensuring clear and concise communication.

- Email/Phone Outreach & Follow-ups : Engage with prospects through well-crafted email and phone communications, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining a consistent and courteous outreach strategy.

- Lead Qualification (BANT) : Qualify leads based on Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline criteria to ensure they meet the necessary requirements for further engagement, ensuring correctness and relevance.

- Setting Up Demos : Schedule and coordinate product demos with qualified leads, working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth and comprehensive transition.

- Maintaining Records : Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions with prospects and leads in CRM systems such as HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 2-4 years of prior demand generation experience in no-code SaaS platforms, demonstrating competence and confidence in the role.

- Education : B.Tech or a similar degree is required. An MBA from a reputable college is highly desirable.

- Tools/CRM Proficiency : Proven experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and other relevant tools/CRMs, showcasing clarity in tool utilization.

- Communication & Presentation Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in American English, ensuring concise and clear messaging.

- Attitude : A proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating commitment and credibility.

- Flexibility : Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones, specifically AU & NZ, Philippines, or Gulf country timings, ensuring convenience and cooperation.
