Lead Generation/Customer Service Role (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Respond to and handle customer complaints and inquiries empathetically and professionally in a timely manner.
- Create an interested customer base to convert into sales.
- When necessary, escalating problems to Management and/and collaborating with Sales team to assist in resolution process.
- Performing Quality assurance surveys with customer
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Manage all complaint related communication with customers or their representatives including expectation management, drafting of formal emails, and the provision of detailed information and analysis.
- Oversee the customer service process.
