The Job
You will be responsible for :
Client Pitching & Presentation : Demonstrated ability to craft compelling pitches and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's event and activation services, showcasing creativity, strategic thinking, and alignment with client objectives.
Client Servicing : Proven track record of providing exceptional client service, building strong relationships, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring their needs are understood, met, and exceeded.
Business Development : Strategic mindset with a focus on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge, networks, and market insights to expand the company's client base and revenue streams.
Lead Conversion : Strong aptitude for nurturing leads, understanding client requirements, and effectively converting leads into tangible business opportunities, demonstrating persuasive communication skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
Revenue Growth : Results-driven approach with a keen focus on driving revenue growth for the company's event and activation services, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, and exploring innovative strategies to maximize profitability and long-term value.
Collaboration : Responsible for collaboration and coordination with inter-departmental team for day to day work.
Risk Mitigation : Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address issues that may arise during events, ensuring the safety, satisfaction, and success of participants.
Post-Event Analysis : Conduct thorough evaluations of event performance, gather feedback from stakeholders, and analyze metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future event strategies.
Team Leadership : Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to cross-functional team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment that drives creativity, innovation, and excellence.
Execution Management : Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and timelines, to ensure seamless execution and successful outcomes.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 7 years experience ideally in Brand Marketing / Brand Manager or Event Marketing / Event Management within Professional Services industry.
- You have prior experience in working with multiple vendors.
- You are a strong planner with excellent project management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- You have working knowledge of Presentation and Marketing Strategy
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
