SUMMARY
An Employer Branding lead for Digital Communications & Social Media/Employer Branding Content is responsible for managing the strategy and creation of content that builds our communication and social media communities, ensuring clear, concise, and compelling communication that complements and extends across internal and external messaging.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comprehend the planned employer branding initiatives as per the Internal HR calendar
- Build detailed implementation plans in consultation with the OD Head and implement the same.
- Manage Social Media sites like glassdoor facebook etc.
- Work on the conceptualization of various HR initiative communication plans.
- Responsible for all creative, newsletters, flyers and digital contents. Will also be responsible for Corporate level HR presentation
- Resolve bottlenecks and drive the employer branding initiatives to closure
- Anchor all initiatives that focus on employer branding and associate experience (covering prospective associates, current associates and alumni)
- Work closely with BUHR, L&D, OD and Recruitment teams in implementing the above initiatives
- Analyze and report employer branding program performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Provide suggestions for new employer branding programs and obtain necessary approvals and support to implement the same
- Leverage a "test, measure and refine" approach to constantly improve program results and increase the impact of employer branding programs on revenue and profitability
- Provide support for other areas of HR as needed

4. Need to Manage Work requisition for timely delivery
5. Knowledge of Creative software's is a plus (adobe, Illustrator etc)
