Lead - Direct Sales - Higher Education (8-15 yrs)
Title - HigherEd Lead, Direct Sales
Report to - MD, International
Role & Responsibility :
- Build the referral, sales agency, and affiliate channels to drive direct sales initiative
- Build volume sales channel through associations, feeder schools, and catchment communities
- Supply constant high quality leads through prospecting, hunting, database, and direct marketing campaigns
- Build high performing inbound and outbound, direct, and telesales teams to manage all leads conversion
- Develop a highly competitive, and accountable direct sales culture
- Own retail student recruitment, admission initiatives, and target.
Requirement :
- Proven track records in building volume, and direct sales channels
- Self-motivated, self-starter with a can-do attitude,
- Number, goal, and timeline driven,
- Passionate sales leader experience in building hunter teams,
- Experience in building and selling higher education, and training programs with established network highly regarded.
