Lead - Digital Strategy - Advertising Firm (7-15 yrs)
We are looking to hire for a seasoned digital strategist. This role would involve strategic planning, management and scope of business analysis activities for large, complex business engagements, focusing heavily on planning and data driven marketing approach for developing digital marketing efforts.
This role will own and lead digital marketing strategies, leveraging best practices and provide innovative solutions to support brand's marketing objectives with digital tactics (Media, Social, SEM, SEO, Analytics, Creative, etc.)
This role will work closely with the agency business head/s, internal strategy/media team and the Brand.
As a Lead Digital Strategy you will:
- Partner with central digital team to ensure leverage of Global best practices across the region and align field needs to central team goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to design and define digital strategy that positively impacts business growth.
- Work with senior level clients to produce current and future state assessments for the business and functional areas.
- Lead market analysis to address the client's needs, and translate the results into opportunities for the client.
- Review and provide oversight for fit gap analysis.
- Facilitate risk sessions and actively manage issues related to the experience strategy at the track or project level.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate for the market.
- Develop differentiated strategies and build upon current client business objective within the digital ecosystem to meet/exceed objectives.
- Manage and constitute research studies that yield rich insights into consumer online behavior and key motivational/attitudinal behavior.
- Provide inputs for media strategies to ensure effective utilization of business objectives and constantly review the effectiveness of media basis the insights generated by internal or client insights team.
- Focus on developing context/briefs for creative storytelling and content creation to ensure implementation of a coherent and consistent integrated digital strategy.
- Develop strong data mining and insight skills to bring issues/concerns/opportunities to clients' attention and offering potential solutions.
Basic Qualification
- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
- Experience in digital tools and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or comparable education/experience.
- Knowledge of testing and measurement to analyze ROI and evolve strategy.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience in managing large E-Commerce clients.
