Position Overview :
- As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the digital marketing strategies of the company. You will play a pivotal role in driving online visibility, brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across various digital channels. Your expertise will contribute to the growth and success of the organization by leveraging the latest digital marketing trends and techniques.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy Development : Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. This includes SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, display advertising, and other relevant channels.
Content Management : Oversee the development and distribution of high-quality, engaging content across various digital platforms. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
Website Management : Lead website optimization efforts to improve user experience, search engine rankings, and conversion rates. Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement necessary changes.
Social Media Management : Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand presence, engagement, and follower growth. Monitor social media trends, respond to comments, and engage with the online community.
Email Marketing : Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and retain customers. Monitor email performance and conduct A/B tests for continuous improvement.
Weekly Marketing Reports : Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of marketing, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Industry Trends : Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Continuously seek new opportunities for innovation and growth.
Data Analysis : Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to effectively analyze data and create compelling presentations.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in driving digital marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns and drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Prefer to have an understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
