Lead - Digital Marketing - BPO (2-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Run and manage paid campaigns across platforms & networks.
2. Testing keyword performance and extensive research.
3. Test different value propositions and communications across channels to identify the sweet spot for introducing our products to the target group
4. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
5. Work with the Creative & Community teams to plan and deploy performance marketing campaigns
6. Engage with third party partners like Google, Facebook, etc. to bring in best in class performance solutions
7. Engage with multiple internal partners as required for improving the efficiency, tracking, attribution and optimization strategies deployed
8. Generate leads, improve our data sets, target better audiences to drive the growth funnel
9. Take ownership of all performance platform delivery and proactively identify and suggest next steps
10. Have a strong analytical data driven mindset. Responsibilities will frequently include analysing overall data to identify trends and diagnose issues relevant to performance marketing.
Skills Knowledge & Expertise :
1. 2-4 years of experience working in or leading a B2C Digital/Performance Marketing team
2. Prior experience of having worked in a high-growth B2C startup
3. Understanding of statistics and ability to support hypotheses with data
4. Extensive knowledge of search marketing trends and partners
5. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
6. Passionate and puts users at the heart of all marketing activities
7. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to think and communicate creatively, thoughtfully, and on your feet with diverse teams
