Lead - Digital Marketing - Advertising Firm (3-9 yrs)
- The Social Media/Digital Operations Lead will be responsible for managing the development of all digital campaigns and deliverables in the Online space.
- We support the client by conceptualizing and designing technology backed brand campaigns which include building finest websites, social media platform campaigns, and we have a tech backed COE team who are tirelessly working to deliver AI based lead gen, and Augmented reality-based product marketing and integrated analytics.
- Our entire digital team will basically report into this lead who will be the day to day leader as well as interface with our customers where required.
- We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to work quickly yet efficiently under pressure in the digital domain. In this position, you can expect to collaborate and communicate with various internal groups as well as the tech team.

You will :
- Own all digital client relationships along with the respective account managers and build a team to support clients
- Brainstorm with the team, prepare digital pitches for prospective clients along with the planning team.
- Lead end to end operations from strategizing, conceptualizing, executing and manage Digital campaigns.
- Understand the clients brief and suggest to build the needed websites, landing pages or social media as necessary
- Develop social media approach and calendar, and meet the clients branding campaign needs
- Own all deliverables for digital campaigns, including but not limited to Search, Social Media, display/mobile, Video etc.
- Provide inputs as required for the long-term growth strategy for digital vertical in pace with the industry.

Qualifications :
We expect you to have :
- Good exposure and hands-on experience in Branding/Marketing/advertising in the digital marketing domain.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, & Marketing related field.
- Have customer facing experience and people management experience.
- Proficiency in Google analytics, Facebook analytics, and other social media analytics and campaign management.
- Excellent analytic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and impeccable attention to detail, ability to analyze data sets from multi-platform reporting systems and help derive insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both as an individual and Lead.
- Ability to convert digital metrics into a story with thoughtful performance insights.
- Ability and desire to learn quickly, adapt, and share your knowledge with others.
