Lead - Digital Marketing (6-8 yrs)
Designation: Lead - Digital Marketing, Online Business
The role requires you to leverage digital marketing methods across Paid, non Paid, marketing automation and content marketing to maximize lead generation, customers acquisition and deliver ROI. You would ensure efficient and effective execution of digital marketing strategy and achievement of acquisition goals.
Basically you will be responsible for our key digital metrics of CPL, New Customers and Conversion rate.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Own the digital marketing integrated strategy and campaign delivery (Search, Social, Display, Content, Email, Affiliates, Innovation).
- Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives to drive lead generation/Sales.
- Work at both the strategic level (generating innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaign managers, analysing traffic data, solving problems, and making continuous improvements based on performance, trends, and insights)
- Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in digital advertising; test and evaluate their efficacy in improving scale or effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Monitoring, Tracking and optimizing Online campaigns to ensure business Lead generation and revenue numbers.
- Experiment new platforms, features and online optimization methods.
- Co-ordinate with Sales and Product to drive conversion optimization
Professional Competencies:
- MBA from a top tier/reputed B-school
- 6-8 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing
- Hands-on experience in these digital marketing domains: Search, Social, Mobile, Content and Website management. Also, understanding of SEO and analytics
- Balance of analytical and creative skills
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills, track record of building strong relationships with agency partners, internal stakeholders and the management team
- Self-motivated and team-oriented; able to work autonomously and effectively
- Strong expertise in handling team and people management
