Lead - Digital Marketing (6-10 yrs)
KEY TASKS :
- Guide the team to setup and execute digital media campaigns using ad servers like Google Campaign Manager, Sizmek and DV360 etc.
- Lead the Quality Framework, Maintaining the quality of the work rendered by the team
- Closely monitoring the day-to-day operations and identify the potential gap in the process and try to resolve the same with the immediate supervisor's guidelines
- Troubleshoot campaign tracking issues across platforms / Ad-tech and proactively coming up with a solution
- Ascertaining the training requirements of the team to cater the smooth transition of all accounts/projects
- Assessing all issues and concerns faced by the team while carrying the day-to-day operations and provide appropriate insights to the immediate supervision at right time to minimize the potential risks
- Ability to communicate technical information's with both Internal and Onshore partners effectively
- People Management, sharing performance feedback to the respective team on regular basis and should make sure that the team understands the wider picture of the task they perform
- Motivating the team members towards the organization/team goals
MUST HAVE SKILLS :
- 6+ years of experience in managing Digital media campaigns across different channels and 2 years of experience in people management
- Deep understanding of Ad Serving technology tools and campaign management workflows
- Good Understanding of various third-party tag specs and Ad verification tools like IAS and DoubleVerify
- Possess team building & motivating skills
- Strong individual contributor yet a good team player
- Good analytical skills, should be a problem solver and capable of translating analysis and insights into actionable business plans
- Commendable written and verbal communication
- Meticulous attention to detail and should be a Subject Matter Expert.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS :
- Deep Understanding of Digital Media Operations and channels like Display, Programmatic, Search and Social
- Familiarity with platforms like CM, DV360, SA360, MOAT, IAS, Facebook Business Manager, Adform, AppNexus and Prisma
- Possess the art of delegation of work & Goal Setting
- Ability to solve problems and identify growth opportunities for the team/project through the available data
- Capable to visualize the campaign KPI and strategies
