Lead - Digital Marketing (5-8 yrs)

As a Team Lead - Digital Marketing, you will play a crucial role in leading our digital marketing efforts to drive growth and engagement across various digital channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, overseeing ad campaigns, and managing a team of digital marketing professionals.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives tailored to both B2C and B2B audiences.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.

- Plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta (formerly Facebook), and programmatic ads.

- Allocate budgets effectively and ensure ROI on advertising spend.

- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.

- Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings.

- Develop and oversee content marketing strategies to create engaging and valuable content for various digital channels.

- Coordinate content creation, distribution, and promotion.

- Manage social media accounts and campaigns, including content creation and community engagement.

- Analyze social media metrics to measure performance and adjust strategies as needed.

- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.

- Set clear objectives and KPIs for team members and provide regular feedback.

- Ensure effective collaboration and communication within the team.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising platforms.

- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Team leadership and management experience.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
