Lead - Digital Marketing (4-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy Development : Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives.
- Keyword Research : Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant keywords and target phrases.
- On-Page, Off-Page Optimization : Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking, for better search engine visibility.
- Technical SEO : Ensure the technical health of the website, including website speed, mobile-friendliness, and proper XML sitemaps, Robots.txt.
- Content Optimization : Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content that resonates with the target audience.
- Link Building : Develop and implement effective link building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
- Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Stay Updated : Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Paid Search : Collaborate with the paid media team to develop and execute effective Google Ads campaigns, leveraging SEO insights to optimize targeting and bidding.
- Social Media Strategy : Work closely with the social media team to develop and implement a social media strategy that complements SEO efforts, including paid social advertising.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for digital marketing and a continuous learner.
