Lead - Digital Marketing (3-6 yrs)
Job Title: Marketing Lead - Digital Marketing
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, revenue growth, and generate leads.
2. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
3. Oversee the development and execution of engaging content across digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
5. Stay abreast of global cybersecurity trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
7. Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to continually refine and improve marketing strategies.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
9. Develop and execute strategic plans for virtual and in-person events, ensuring alignment with company goals.
10. Exceptional project management skills, ensuring flawless execution of events and webinars.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Marketing Lead or similar role with a focus on digital marketing.
3. Proven experience in digital marketing with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, willing to scale up to leadership role.
4. Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
5. Proficient in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
6. Experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
7. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
8. Proficient in using marketing tools and analytics platforms to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
9. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.
10. Results-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
