Lead - Digital Marketing (2-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition across all possible digital platforms by Lead Generation across all Social Media platforms & Strategic partnerships
- Owning the end to end Lead servicing infrastructure by working closely with Digital Agencies, Customer Helpline, IT Teams for CRM, Field Teams for Lead Maturation.
- Custodian for Brand on the Digital space by managing and Constantly updating our Brand website and its allied services
- In charge of Content Marketing for Effective Communications for the Brand and Deliver results
- Constantly conduct Market research in understanding competition brand's digital presence and suggest Marketing strategies.
- Having up to date knowledge in constantly evolving Digital Marketing and suggest suitable implementation strategies relevant to our Brand.
- In charge of Maintaining the Infrastructure for Customer Complaint Management and Feedback there by playing a crucial role in Customer Experience.
- Strong understanding of Consumer expectations and experience across product Categories .
- Knowledge of managing, and developing digital assets.
- Ability to coordinate with a diverse team of central and field functions Managing & demanding from Marketing agencies for Campaigns and onfield activities
- Business Generation Indices for Central Lead acquisition, campaign effectiveness, Brand & Communications for products Engagement Programs for Influencers & Channel Customer Experience across Digital & Stores
