Salary Package:
- CTC: - 3.00 LPA - 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other Allowances
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit potential Financial Advisors from your network.
- Provide training on products, IRDA regulations, sales strategies, and soft skills.
- Guide advisors through the IRDA Exam process to generate their code.
- Set and review sales targets for advisors, ensuring maximum business generation.
- Organize contests & campaigns to generate leads for potential clients & advisors.
- Report directly to the Branch Manager.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA (Preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales/Marketing
- Age: 21 - 38 years
