Lead/Demand Generation Specialist (2-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outreach to potential clients through various channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in our CRM.
Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Proven experience in outbound calling.
- Demonstrated expertise in lead generation.
- Comfortable working onsite, 5 days a week (if required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
