Lead - Customer Acquisition (4-6 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Create and implement a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Focus on acquiring customers through Twitter, Telegram, TikTok, and other active platforms in the web3 ecosystem.
- Develop engaging and relevant content tailored for each platform, including tweets, posts, videos, and multimedia formats.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach and engage target audiences.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and customer acquisition, particularly within the web3 and crypto industry.
- Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers to amplify our message and expand reach.
- Continuously optimise the customer acquisition funnel to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.
Ideal Candidate :
- 4+ years of experience in customer acquisition, marketing, or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer acquisition strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experienced in Web3, blockchain, smart contracts, DeFi, NFTs, and dApp development.
