Lead - Copy Writer - Social Media Vertical (8-12 yrs)

- The client is looking at hiring a Social Media Lead who comes from a strong Copy Writing background.

- This dual-role position requires a skilled wordsmith with a strategic mindset who can craft compelling copy while also managing and growing client's social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing and content creation, along with hands-on experience in social media management and strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Content Creation & Strategy :

- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with client brand's voice, mission, and marketing objectives.

- Write engaging, clear, and persuasive copy for a range of platforms, including social media, blogs, website, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

- Edit and proofread content to ensure high quality and adherence to brand guidelines and industry best practices.

2. Social Media Management :

- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

- Create and curate content tailored to each platform, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements.

- Develop and implement social media campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize engagement and reach.

- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.

- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

3. Analytics & Reporting :

- Track and analyze content performance and social media metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI.

- Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and social media approaches.
