Lead - Content Writer (7-10 yrs)
- Write brief, clear, technically accurate Knowledge Base articles and technical documentation that will help our customer/clients use, understand and troubleshoot issues with the products easily.
- Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with the ability to work quickly and on multiple projects at a time.
- Work with product teams, support engineers, managed services and developers to obtain in-depth knowledge and understanding of the products you- re writing about.
- Work with other content writers and editors to ensure your KB articles and documentation meet organizational standards and style guides.
- Learn and follow the team's processes and procedures. And, also provide input to make innovative suggestions to improve processes and procedures.
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified :
- 1+ years of experience in a technical content writing role.
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills to coordinate multiple simultaneous projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work with extended team members (engineers, product teams) to source details and understand the product better.
- Ability to analyze functional and technical specifications of products and documenting it in user-appropriate language.
- The ideal candidate can understand, explain and use complex technologies.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Experience in technical support is desirable.
